PHDream99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide accurate documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

When registering for a phdream99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, valid contact number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact number or email address changes, please update your phdream99 account details as soon as possible to avoid issues with account access or payment processing.

PHDream99 operates a one account per person policy. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. PHDream99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials, failed to secure your device, or otherwise facilitated the breach.

All transactions on phdream99 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount on phdream99 is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account when submitting a withdrawal request.

PHDream99 will only process withdrawals to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical and regulatory limitations. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction unique to phdream99.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet follow standard interbank processing times. PHDream99 aims to process all valid withdrawal requests promptly, but processing time may be extended if identity verification is incomplete or if a transaction is flagged for review.

PHDream99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all phdream99 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• PHDream99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if it suspects that the player is abusing the offer, using prohibited software, or otherwise acting in bad faith.

All bets placed on phdream99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the phdream99 platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by phdream99, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where phdream99 explicitly provides a "cash out" or similar option in that specific market.

General betting rules for sports markets on phdream99:

• PHDream99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled, bets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to the market-specific rules.
• If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 72 hours, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• PHDream99 may limit the amount you can bet on specific markets at its discretion, particularly if irregular betting patterns are detected.

For live casino games, the results of each game round are final once the dealer has closed the round. Technical disruptions that interrupt a game session mid-round will be handled in accordance with each game provider's specific disruption policy, which is available within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdream99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

PHDream99 uses industry-standard monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Any account found to be engaging in the above activities will be suspended pending investigation, and phdream99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in verified cases of fraud or abuse.

If your account is closed at your own request, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being completed.

If your account is closed by phdream99 due to a violation of these Terms, phdream99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation into the violation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phdream99 content without express written permission.
